Denby Multi-family Housing

existing abandoned nursing home is to be transformed into multi-family housing. existing walls are uninsulated block. insulation and metal panels are added to exterior. walls were extended up to redirect rainwater from exterior gutters to interior rain conductors and to help wit the proportions of the building. each of the seven units were afforded an exterior patio space.
